Are your drinks vegan?
Yes, all Beudi spirits and RTDs are vegan-friendly. We don’t use animal products in our distillation or finishing process. Just clean spirits, native ingredients, and a good time.

Are your drinks gluten free?
Our spirits are made from agave and distilled in a way that leaves gluten out of the picture. While we don’t have official certification yet, we’ve got many gluten-free mates who’ve been enjoying Beudi without drama. If you’ve got serious allergies, have a chat with your doc first.

Are your drinks nut free?
We don’t use nuts in any part of our production, and we’re not processing anything near them. But our gear isn’t certified nut-free, so best to tread carefully if you’ve got a known allergy.

How long do your drinks last once opened?
Our agave spirits are shelf-stable, they won’t go off, but over time, flavours can mellow a bit. For our ready-to-drink Sparkling Margi and Bushwater, we recommend cracking them fresh and keeping them chilled for best taste.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

How do I place an order?
Head to our online store choose your drinks or merch, hit checkout, and follow the prompts. You’ll get an email confirmation once your order’s in.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Shop Pay, and more. All safe, all secure.

Where’s my order?
We aim to dispatch within 1–3 business days. Once your order’s out the door, you’ll get a tracking number via email. Standard delivery usually takes 2–7 business days depending on where you’re based.

I can’t log in to my account. What do I do?
Try logging in via the “Account” link at the top of our site. If it’s your first time logging into our new site, you may need to reset your password.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, flick us an email at orders@beudi.com.au as soon as you can. We can cancel, but we can’t make changes once it’s placed — you’ll need to put through a new order for anything extra.

Can I return my order?
If you’ve made a mistake, we accept returns within 30 days — as long as the product is unopened and in original condition. Email orders@beudi.com.au to organise a return. Return postage is on you.

Do you ship internationally?
Nah not just yet, we currently only deliver within Australia. Our focus is our backyard for now but one day we’ll get there. If you’re based overseas and thirsty for Beudi, keep an eye on our socials or shoot us a message.
