DELIVERY INFORMATION

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours.

TRACKING

You’ll receive your tracking number in an email once your order has left the warehouse. From there you’ll receive notifications on when it will arrive via our emails and/or SMS to you.

IS THERE ANYWHERE YOU DON’T DELIVER?

We currently don’t deliver to some really remote areas, dry zones and overseas. We also can’t deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

IDENTIFICATION AND RESPONSIBLE ALCOHOL SERVICE

Beudi Agave supports the responsible consumption of alcohol including moderation and legal age requirements. Just like a bar the delivery driver may ask for ID or refuse delivery if you appear intoxicated.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong thing or your order is damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can resolve things quickly.
