Beudi is crafted with an emphasis on connection to place and purpose. Native Sunrise and Desert Lime are sourced through Indigenous-owned social enterprise Bush to Bowl, supporting native farming and community-led land care, which plays a starring role in all our flavour profiles.

Australian Sunrise Lime

The Sunrise Lime is a unique Australian hybrid of a mandarin, a cumquat and a finger lime originally produced by the CSIRO. The pith and the rind are sweet, with a sweet and tangy juice inside and delicate floral notes. Used in our signature liqueur, Sunrise Lime helps create a refreshing version of a fancy triple sec. 

Australian Desert Lime

The Australian desert lime is a native citrus fruit traditionally used in Indigenous cooking and loved for its tangy flavour. Naturally drought-resistant and rich in vitamin C, Desert Lime thrives in the arid inland regions of Australia and is the subtle main character in our Bushwater, giving it that unique citrus flavour.

100% Blue Weber Agave

Each Beudi bottle is fermented, distilled, and bottled in Australia using a 100% blend of Mexican and locally grown Blue Weber Agave. As future local supply grows, our intention and trajectory is to become 100% Australian grown.
