Introducing Australia's First Margarita Spirit
Bar quality Margaritas. Just add lime.
We combined Beudi Blanco with our Signature Sunrise Lime Liqueur to take the guesswork out of making a great Margarita.
60ml Margi Spirit + 30ml fresh lime. Shake with ice. Done.
So, what actually is Margi Spirit?
Think Tequila + Triple Sec + Agave Syrup, except we’ve combined the lot into one bottle and made it here in Australia. All that's left for you to do is add fresh lime.
A WORLD FIRST. OR SO WE’VE BEEN TOLD.
The Margarita is one of the world's great cocktails. It's also one that can be surprisingly easy to get wrong.
So we thought we'd make it simpler.
Margi Spirit combines our Australian Distilled Agave Spirit, Beudi Blanco, with our Signature Sunrise Lime Liqueur. The result is essentially the key ingredients of a Margarita brought together in one bottle.
No measuring three different bottles. No hunting down Triple Sec. No wondering how much agave syrup to add. One bottle. Fresh lime. Ice. Shake.

HOW TO MAKE IT

WHAT'S SUNRISE LIME?
A distinctly Australian take on Triple Sec.
Our Signature Liqueur is made with Sunrise Lime, an Australian hybrid of mandarin, cumquat and finger lime. It's our refreshing take on the orange liqueur traditionally used in a Margarita.
The fruit brings a bright citrus character and a distinctive zingy orange-marmalade flavour, while a blend of spices adds body and complexity.

BUT ISN'T THAT JUST TEQUILA?
Not quite.
The easiest way to think about Beudi and Tequila is a little like Sparkling Wine and Champagne.
Tequila is a geographically protected spirit and must be produced in designated regions of Mexico according to specific requirements.
Beudi is fermented, distilled and bottled right here in Australia, so we don't call it Tequila.
But there's one pretty important similarity:
JUST LIKE TEQUILA, BEUDI IS MADE USING 100% BLUE WEBER AGAVE.
Big difference?
OURS IS AUSTRALIAN.

WHY WE MADE IT
More good Margaritas. In more places.
A great Margarita shouldn't require a fully stocked cocktail bar.
By combining the spirit, liqueur and sweetness into one bottle, Margi Spirit makes it easy to shake a bar-quality Margarita at home, at a barbecue, on holiday or wherever you've got ice and a lime handy.
Simple to make. Bloody good to drink.

Chicken salt was invented in the 1970s by Peter Brinkworth in Gawler, South Australia. The Beudi Margi Spirit was invented in 2024 by Jack Connor in Burleigh Heads, Queensland.
The Beudi Margi Spirit takes the guesswork out of your favourite Margarita. By combining Australian Distilled Beudi Blanco with our Signature Sunrise Lime Liqueur we made the classic Margi deliciously simple – anywhere, every time. Just add lime.
