This October long weekend we’re winding back the clock, Beudi is teaming up with our mates at Rosella’s Bar for a one-off Aussie Tuckshop Takeover.
For one afternoon only, Rosella’s will transform into an Aussie Tuckshop Takeover, dishing out cocktails and tucker inspired by the classics we all grew up on.
Behind the bar, our mate Jack, Rosella’s owner and Beudi’s liquid chef has spent years reimagining iconic Aussie food and drink. This time, he’s taking on tuckshop favourites, mixing up cocktails that riff on throwback classics. Think a Rainbow Paddle Pop reworked with Beudi’s Australian-distilled agave - nostalgic, playful, and strictly 18+.
In the kitchen, we’ll be plating up nostalgia with a twist. Expect schoolyard staples like the beef and cheese traveller alongside cheeky sweet hits such as a reimagined fruit cup, all with that same Rosella’s Aussie flare.
Just like back in the day, the ritual remains: grab a pencil, write your order on a brown paper bag, hand it over at the bar, and let the team work their magic. Coins optional.
